International Civil Aviation Day 2016

This day celebrates the joy of flying and a call for air safety. It marks both the aspirations of the Wright Brothers and the foolhardy of Icarus. It is celebrated to commemorate the bravery of the pilots and crews dealing with life above ground and regard for life.
